Chloroquines for the treatment of osteoarthritis

To assess the effectiveness and safety of the chloroquine for treating OA. The following hypotheses will be tested:
a) Treatment with chloroquine is effective for OA;
b) Treatment with chloroquine is safe for OA.

This is a protocol.
