Anaesthesia and analgesia in the emergency care setting for treating distal radius fractures in adults

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

The primary aim of this review is to assess the benefits and harms of different methods of anaesthesia and analgesia for the initial treatment of DRF in adults in the emergency care setting.

The secondary aim of this review is to assess these outcomes in different age groups, fracture types, physicians performing the procedure, populations based on different geographical regions, and in closed reduction using image intensification.

This is a protocol.
