To compare the effectiveness and safety of fertility-preserving treatments, including pharmacological interventions (e.g. oral progesterone, levonorgestrel IUS, metformin) and bariatric surgery, for atypical endometrial hyperplasia and presumed stage IA grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer.
