21+7 day versus 24+4 day monophasic regimens of combined oral contraceptives for contraception

The aim of this review is to compare the contraceptive effectiveness, bleeding pattern and discontinuation rate of monophasic 24 + 4 oral contraceptives (OCs) versus 21 + 7 OCs.
