Operational Criteria Checklist for Psychotic Illness and Affective Illness (OPCRIT+) for diagnosing schizophrenia in people with psychotic symptoms

To determine the diagnostic accuracy of the DSM and ICD operational criteria as generated by the OPCRIT+ system when used by a non-psychiatrist to differentiate schizophrenia from other psychotic disorders in people with psychotic symptoms.
