Naloxone for reducing mortality and adverse neurological outcomes following acute traumatic brain injury

This systematic review will try to address the following two goals.

  1. To assess the effectiveness of naloxone on mortality and neurological outcomes in people with acute traumatic brain injury (TBI).
  2. To assess the safety of naloxone in people with acute TBI.
