- To determine the efficacy of VTE prophylaxis versus no prophylaxis on thromboembolic events, mortality and adverse effects (bleeding, thrombocytopenia, serious hepatopathy) for acute spinal cord injury (SCI) patients.
- To compare the different types of management modalities of VTE prophylaxis with respect to thromboembolic events, mortality and adverse effects (bleeding, thrombocytopenia, serious hepatopathy) in acute spinal cord injury patients.
