1. My University/Unit has received the following grants (last 3 years) in which I play a significant coordination/leadership role, from:
- Canadian Institute for Health Research to conduct evidence synthesis to inform decisions by the Public Health Agency of Canada (around 150.000 USD).
- WHO to conduct evidence synthesis to inform WHO guidelines (100.000 USD)
In both cases, this work is related to the following outputs: evidence gap maps, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, and living evidence syntheses.
2) As an independent researcher, I have also received suppoort related to:
- Consulting activities to do capacity building (ie, guidelines training to different stakeholders in India), by the Centre for Global Development in the UK/US (Funded by not-for-profit organisations such as the Gates Foundation). (approximately 20,000 GBP, in the last 3 years)
-Consulting activities as guidelines' methodologist for the Society of American Gastroenterological and Endoscopic Surgery (SAGES) in the United States (during this year, 2025, approximately 8,000 USD)
- Consulting activities as an evidence-based medicine expert for the Society of Evidence-Based Gender Medicine (United States), to provide support in evidence syntheses, evaluation and training talks in guideliens methods (Approximately 3,000 USD in the last 2 years)
3) I received a financial stipend since 2023 as Editor in Chief of Clinical and Public Health Guidelines (GIN Journal)-
