To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of therapeutic vaccines for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (non-irradiatable stage IIIB and stage IV NSCLC) who have either not received treatment, or have received treatment with chemotherapy, or radiotherapy, or both.
