Cochrane Evidence: Living, Trusted, Transformed

The 2026 Cochrane Colloquium will take place in Kraków, Poland, on 8–10 December 2026, with Satellite Meetings on 7 December 2026. The event will be hosted at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, one of Europe’s leading venues for international scientific gatherings.

Colloquium themes

  4. Methods innovation for contextualised living evidence
  5. Overcoming distrust in evidence

This major global meeting will be hosted by Malgorzata Bala, Director of Cochrane Poland, and her team, who welcomed the announcement as an exciting moment for evidence informed health care in Central and Eastern Europe.

Abstract submissions will open in early February, inviting contributions from across the evidence synthesis community. Delegates can expect a rich programme of plenary sessions, workshops, posters, and networking events, all set against the backdrop of one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant cities.
