I have done most of the modules last year, so it has been some time since then. The content of the courses is really good. The modules really have a lot to offer. There is plenty of material, both video and text, explaining all the aspects of systematic reviews and meta-analyses. There are links to external resources, there is background material in abundance.

However there is room for improvement.
- The external resources and background material could be laid out more clearly, perhaps in a section of its own for easier access after finishing the modules.
- Within the modules, there is a lot of clicking and scrolling of different website elements involved which can be distracting and tedious.
- I am not sure whether a general glossary exists, but it would make a lot of sense to link important technical terms (sensitivity, precision, specificity, bias, search strategy, median, ...) to a glossary which can be accessed at all times, so that terms which are explained in detail only in one module, but which are used throughout other modules without additional explanation, can always be looked up.
- Another thing which could use improvement is the assessments. You have to be 100% right in order to pass, and after two attempts the whole test needs to be started over again in order to proceed. This is very tedious. Particularly if answers to a question cannot be found in the course material and if they feature several multiple-choice answers, it is really hard to get the correct set of answers, even when consulting the course material.

Overall I would still recommend doing the courses. As I've said, they have a lot to offer if you are engaged in evidence-based medicine, systematic literature search or in a review project.
