In January 2024 I attended and gave a talk at the "Wrightington Hand & Wrist Arthroplasty Course - Focus on Basal Thumb Arthritis". I did not receive payment for the lecture but the course paid for my accommodation. The course receives sponsorship from KeriMedical.

My institution (University of Nottingham) received a competitive grant from the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH) to support the Centre for Evidence Based hand Surgery ( 2014-2024).
I am the holder of multiple grants from the UK NIHR (National Institute for Health and Care Research). The NIHR is a government-funded organization that funds, enables, and delivers health and social care research.
