First-line systemic treatment for people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer: a systematic review and network meta-analysis

This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To evaluate the comparative effectiveness and safety of immunotherapy (anti PD‐1, anti PD‐L1, or anti CTLA-4) plus chemotherapy compared to chemotherapy alone for the first-line systemic treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer with a network meta-analysis, and to identify relevant biomarkers or clinical factors.
