Pros:
Interesting, complete. To know the concepts that Cochrane uses in the reviews, a very good introduction.
Whoever masters and is part of these research groups, and also the mentors and instructors, have an indisputable privilege, where the rigor of the research protocols prevails for the benefit of the greater certainty of its results, for the end user.

Disadvantages:
Being a whole Paradigm - which, by the way - is important in systematic research, the training does not have an order focused on the specific order (perhaps, for those who do not have much experience with Cochrane).

At the end of this Introduction module, you are asked to continue the training, paid, according to the categories of each region/country, or, type of membership in Cochrane. So, not all of us will have access, due to various circumstances. (This refers to training as an individual, regardless of any organization).
