Subject: Free access to La Cochrane Library plus en espanol in Spain

The Minister of Health for Spain launched La Cochrane Library plus en espanol
at the recent Cochrane Colloquium in Barcelona. Everyone in Spain with
Internet access may now access The Library without charge. Update Software are
very happy to be working with InfoGlobal Support and the IberoAmerican
Cochrane Centre on the translation and publication of this important resource
for the Spanish-speaking world. It shows what can be achieved through
collaboration to increase the reach of Cochrane Reviews.

The latest issue of La Cochrane Library plus en espanol (2004, Issue 4) is now
available. This contains all the documents published in The Cochrane Library 2003,
Issue 4, as well as Spanish translations of Cochrane Reviews: 957 Reviews have now
been translated. It also contains 5 other sections in Spanish, of particular interest to
health care workers in Spain and Latin America.
