This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

The main aim of this Cochrane review is to assess the efficacy and tolerability of esketamine for treatment-resistant depression. Secondary aims are to assess the risk of specific adverse events during esketamine treatment, and its acceptability.
