This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of tamoxifen and aromatase inhibitors for women with recurrent high-grade serous tubo-ovarian cancer where further conventional chemotherapy or molecular-targeted cytotoxic drugs are not available or would not be tolerated.
