The objectives of the review are firstly, to assess the effectiveness of organizational interventions intended to promote person-centred care in order to improve psychosocial outcomes for people with dementia and their caregivers in institutional care settings; secondly, to describe the intervention components; and thirdly, to describe conditions that support the effectiveness of interventions promoting person-centred care for improving psychosocial outcomes.
