Trans anal haemorrhoidal de-arterialisation versus stapled haemorrhoidopexy for the management of haemorrhoidal disease

Currently, both SH and THD are being investigated quite extensively to evaluate their clinical success to treat HD in terms of postoperative pain, relief of symptoms and recurrence rate. The objective of this review is to systematically analyse the clinical trials by using the principles of meta-analysis on the effectiveness of THD and SH in the management of HD.
