Each author should discuss with an editor whether the search strategy described for the Cochrane Review Group as a whole is sufficient to cover the particular topic the author is working on, and should also look for possible sources of information about unpublished studies (for example, by contacting funding agencies, investigators or pharmaceutical companies).
