A Cochrane review in The Cochrane Library:

Authors. Title of review. Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews 200X, Issue X. Art. No.: CD00XXXX. DOI: XX.XXXX/XXXXXXXX.CD00XXXX.pubX.

Example:

The Cochrane Style Guide has detailed instructions on how to replicate this citation style when entering citations in RevMan.

Cochrane reviews should be cited as published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, with the issue of publication rather than the current issue of The Cochrane Library.

Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions:

To cite the whole Handbook, use:
