In November 2012, a new Cochrane Review brought together evidence from more than 50 randomised trials of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors to help people recover from a stroke. Gillian Mead, from the Centre for Clinical Brain Sciences at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland tells us how the review began, what it found and what will happen next.
