Sender: Mary Ellen Schaafsma [mschaafs@uottawa.ca] Subject: The Cochrane Collaboration Strategic Review: Second update Dialogue one (Purpose) is almost done, with 27 interviews with internal stakeholders completed. We recently launched an on-line survey that is open to anyone in the Collaboration to complete: www3.cochrane.org/surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?PageNumber=1&SurveyID=82LJ7p2. To ensure we receive a broad range of responses from all over the world, we sent an email invitation to 280 people to complete this survey. We strongly encourage you to give us your views about the Cochrane brand and the glue that holds it all together. We will also be interviewing external stakeholders, such as: guideline developers, HTA organisations, other knowledge synthesis groups, international health organisations, other health care journals and Cochrane funders. We will be asking them questions about a combination of topics regarding The Collaboration’s purpose, “brand and glue” and finances. Please visit the Cochrane Collaboration Strategic Review website regularly for updates and opportunities for input: www.cochrane.org/ccsg/review. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX B.
