Sign-up for 20th Cochrane Colloquium meetings and workshops open

Sign-up for Colloquium meetings and workshops opened on 9 August at http://colloquium.cochrane.org/signup. Once participants access the sign-up page, scroll down to the bottom to see the time blocks on the left hand side. Click on the arrow for each time block to see what sessions are offered in that particular slot. Clicking on the session title provides more information to inform selection.

Please note: Login and registration are necessary in order to be able to sign up for sessions and create  personal schedules. For session descriptions and further details, click on the session titles.

Workshop sign-up
Please note that most workshops have limited capacity, therefore participants are required to sign up for workshops to secure a place. Participants can also sign up for meetings, and add any other sessions to personal schedules, but this is not a requirement. To sign up for workshops or to add sessions to schedules, click on the respective link at the right end of the session title. Presenters of workshops, meetings or abstracts cannot sign up for their own sessions, but they will appear automatically in their personal schedule.

Your personal schedule
After participants have signed up for workshops and other sessions, viewing and printing personal schedules is available. Meetings, workshops or abstracts as well as any plenaries, lunches and coffee breaks appear automatically in each participant's personal schedule. Social events are only displayed if participants have registered for them. Participants can add private meetings to schedules by creating a personal note; these can also be shared with other participants. Participants will receive an email if someone else shares a personal note with them, and the personal note will appear in personal schedules automatically.

Room assignments
Rooms will be assigned to sessions in September, after which they will be added to personal schedules automatically.

Registration for satellite workshops
Please note that adding a satellite workshop to personal schedules does not record as a registration. All satellite workshops require separate registration. Details on how to register can be found in the respective workshop description.
