Presentations on research priority setting methods now available
The Cochrane Agenda and Priority Setting Methods Group organised an international workshop on research priority setting methods in June 2012. Presentations from the workshop are now available at the address listed below.
Presentations available include: different types of priority setting methods; and different ways to engage stakeholders (such as the models used by PenCLAHRC, Dialogue, the James Lind Alliance or Value of Information Analysis). The CAPSMG is also working on writing up the discussions from the workshop, and plans to upload them to the website also.
In addition to this, the CAPSMG has also organised four webinars in collaboration with Cochrane Canada and PAHO that are also available. These include an introduction on the CAPSMG; examples of research priority setting exercises; priority setting updating of Cochrane reviews; and an equity lens to guide future research priority setting methods.
Anyone interested in contributing to the work of the CAPSMG is invited to complete the Group's get involved page.
