Expand the EWB's capabilities - upload your own pages!

The Entity Website Builder allows users to take advantage of a common template and utiliize excellent provided content from both Archie and cochrane.org. But, sometimes users find they need include a page or a bit of content that isn't offered in the system.

No worries, simply create your own .html pages using one of many software packages (MS Publisher, Dreamweaver, even MS Word saves to .html for simpler pages) and upload them to your "files" folder in Archie and link to them via the EWB. Say you'd like to embed a video or need a certain page to have just the right "look" with your own graphics and images, etc. - you can create the page outside of the system and link to it.

Here is a simple example. Say you wanted to include this page that has an embedded video on it:

Simply, upload the file to Archie. Log into Archie and click on your "Files" folder and select "File" >> "New" >> "File" like here:

Then, browse to your file:

Click "Ok":

Your file will now appear in the "Files" (or "Website docs" folder if you have one set up):

Now, simply open your Website Source and link from any page in your EWB site to this new file.
