As you know, the Cochrane Collaboration has sponsored one registration for the Colloquium in Melbourne for each registered entity. We are contacting you because we do not have a record of how the sponsored registration for the [CRG name] Group has been allocated. The Organising Committee is hoping to ensure that all entities have the chance to allocate their registration.

To ensure your place is used we ask that you contact us by Tuesday 13 September indicating one of the follow:

1. the person you wish to allocate your registration to and their email address, OR

2. that you are still waiting on confirmation of who your sponsored registration will be allocated to (please indicate when you expect a decision will be made), OR

3. that your entity is unable to use the registration (the registration fee will be refunded to the Cochrane Collaboration Secretariat).

The registration can be used by anyone affiliated with your entity. If you would like to allocate it to someone who has already paid for their registration, we can arrange for their fee to be refunded. We note that you have registered for the Colloquium. We would be happy to refund your registration fee should you wish to use the sponsored registration.

If you are having difficulty finding someone who can use the registration, and you haven't already done so, you may like to consider approaching a member of your entity from the Australasian region for whom it may be more feasible to travel to the Colloquium.
