Subject: Cochrane Colloquium - information for oral presenters

Dear Presenter,

We hope preparations for your paper presentation at the Colloquium are progressing well.

We'd like to inform you that the Technical Services Department at the Melbourne Convention Centre has set up a dedicated email address where you can send a copy of your presentation.  The AV Coordinators will check your presentation and advise you of any foreseeable complications. Please note that the maximum file size accepted is 9MB. The email address is: colloquium@mecc.com.au

Please note that you don't have to email your presentation in advance - it's there as extra safety check.  If you do email your presentation and wish to make further changes to your slides, then you can upload your final presentation on arrival in Melbourne.

All presenters should visit the Speakers' Prep room at least the day before their presentation to ensure everything is working correctly.

Finally, a reminder that presentations should last about 13 minutes to allow about 7 minutes for questions and discussion.  Chairs of the session will advise you when you have 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.

If you have any other queries relating to the paper sessions, please let me know.

With best wishes,

Steve
