Dear Friends,

As you may already have seen, the 'sign-up' to workshops (and meetings) facility is now available on the Colloquium website (www.colloquium.info). A general message will be sent to all registered Colloquium delegates next week notifying them of this.

We have prepared some information about the workshop arrangements in Melbourne for you as the Contact Person. We have made several improvements this year to the way events are managed, including the ability for Contact Persons to view and email participants. Information about how to do this, plus other arrangements can be found on the Colloquium website at:

One thing to note is that one or more co-facilitators of your workshop may not be listed on the website. If this is the case, it means they haven't yet registered for the Colloquium or they have registered but not yet created an account on the website (we have asked them to). We will update this aspect of the workshops regularly, but have decided that facilitators should only be listed if they have registered to attend the Colloquium.
