Subject: Melbourne Colloquium - information for the Contact Person of meetings

Dear Friends,

As you may already know, the 'sign-up' to meetings facility is now available on the Colloquium website (www.colloquium.info) and a general message will be sent to all registered Colloquium delegates next week notifying them of this.

We have prepared some information about the meeting arrangements in Melbourne for you as the Contact Person for a meeting. We have made several improvements this year to the way events are managed, including the ability for Contact Persons to view and email participants. Information about how to do this, plus other arrangements can be found on the Colloquium website at:
