Dear Steve McDonald,

 

Thank you once again for submitting an abstract for the 13th Cochrane Colloquium to be held from 22-26 October in Melbourne. As promised we are confirming details of your presentation at the Colloquium. Your session details are given above.

 

Oral presentation guidelines

- Your presentation should allow for discussion time; we suggest 13 minutes for the presentation and 7 minutes for discussion.  Times will be strictly adhered to by the session Chairs.

- Your presentation should be prepared in PowerPoint.

- Check in at the speaker Preparation Room at least two hours before your session commences and provide a copy of your PowerPoint presentation (CD-ROM, memory stick) to the technician on duty.

- The following audio visual equipment will be provided: computer with PowerPoint projection, lectern with microphone and lapel microphone. 

 

If you require other audio visual equipment or facilities, please email your request to program@icms.com.au by 1 September.

 

We very much look forward to including your presentation in the Colloquium Program, but request that:

 

1. If for any reason you are unable to participate in the Colloquium, please advise the Colloquium Secretariat by email to program@icms.com.au as soon as possible and by 1 September 2005 at the latest.

2. Presenters are required to pay the registration fee in order to attend the Colloquium. We recommend you take advantage of the Colloquium early registration fee - deadline 15 July 2005.

 

The full timetable will be listed on the Colloquium website by the end of June and your abstract will be printed in the Final Program that will be distributed to delegates at the Colloquium.
