Non-drug conservative treatments for acute urinary retention after surgery in adults

To assess the effectiveness and safety of conservative measures (e.g. behavioural therapies, bladder massage, warm bath, meridian massage, acupuncture, acupressure, warm needling or moxibustion) compared with standard treatments (catheterisation or drugs) for postoperative acute urinary retention in adults; and to assess whether one conservative treatment is better than another.

This is a protocol.
