Time course for blood pressure lowering of angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors

To assess the extent of variation in blood pressure lowering by ACE inhibitors measured hourly over a 24-hour time course for hypertensive patients over the age of 18 with a baseline systolic pressure over at least 140 mmHg or a diastolic pressure over at least 90 mmHg.
