Minimally invasive surgical approaches for total hip arthroplasty in adults with osteoarthritis

To determine, based on evidence from randomised controlled trials, the effects of a minimally invasive approach on insertion of a total hip replacement.

Null hypothesis

There is no difference in outcome between a minimally invasive approach to the hip and standard approaches for insertion of total hip replacement.

This is a protocol.
