General information
In 2001, The Cochrane Collaboration created a 16-page brochure describing its history, ethos, structure and products. This document is no longer being distributed and is not fully current with the state of the organisation. Errors, changes and inconsistencies that have been identified are listed below.

Errata
1. Front cover: The trademark symbol should appear after the words 'The Cochrane Collaboration' beneath the Cochrane symbol.

2. On page 9, 'The Cochrane Controlled Trials Register (CCTR)' should be amended to 'The Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL)'.

3. On page 14, the contact details of Cochrane Centres should be amended as follows:

French Cochrane Centre - This Centre closed and its contact details should be removed altogether.

'New England Cochrane Center at Boston' is now the 'Boston branch of the US Cochrane Center'.

'New England Cochrane Center at Providence' is now the 'US Cochrane Center' and is located at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

'San Francisco Cochrane Center' is now the 'San Francisco branch of the US Cochrane Center'.

4. The details of both offices of Update Software should be replaced by the following:
